Really can't remember to be honest mate. I got the side, front and rear strips done at the same time. I'd say your best bet is to shop around and get some quotes. But remember that the cheapest might not necessarily be the best.

Saw a Racing Blue 182 filling in the Sainsbury's Petrol Station in Castle Marina at about 3:45. A Silver 172 parked up at some offices near the train station, had a magnex oval exhaust. And a Silver 197 near the broadmarsh centre heading out towards the BBC roundabout. Anyones off here? Also...

Cheers mate. I got mine done by my local Renault dealers bodyshop, so you could try whoever your closest one is. Other than that I'd ask around the forum to see if there are any decent bodyshops in the area and if anyone has used them.

I can see where you're coming from with the contrasting colour idea, but don't think I'd risk it on my hologram grey. Fair play to you for trying something different mate! Will be interested to see what it looks like. At the end of the day it they don't look right you can just buy a couple...

Thanks for the comments everyone. Jonny - trying to keep it quite subtle, so thats why I thought about going for the 172 wheels. Might give it a couple of coats of wax today as that didn't get done in the clean yesterday, and possibly over the next couple of weeks will respray my dash...

Afternoon all. Have had a couple of things done since I last posted some pics, mainly have lowered it (not by a massive amount as only did it on springs), and had all the rub strips professionally colourcoded. Gave the car a quick clean this afternoon and went for a drive to get a few pics...

Had a good look at this at RWS, looked mint. Makes me want to own a mk 1. Well done on keeping it looking so good mate.

Really enjoyed the day. Thought the Renault village with the F1 car, V6 and Williams was a good idea. Also enjoyed looking round the collectors area (some v. nice clios, R5 Turbo2's, V6's, Alpines, etc...) Didn't take my car down in the end, but prob will do if I go next year.
