At Tweeks we use a proper laser alignment system, very accurate, not expensive for a proper job (not knocking anyone else, just know that our gear works well).
I see a set of Eibach springs on the horizon......I've spent enough recently though ! Shelf is sitting in my garage waiting for the subs to turn up this week, seems fine though. Thanks for the complements, it looks every bit as good as I'd hoped with the trophys.
16" Trophy Turinis - I think they look great against the Inferno. The car doesn't feel any different, but it was wearing Team Dynamics 1.2's when I bought it.
Amongst other sheds too numerous to mention I've owned 3 different 911's, a 200SX, another 182, a DC2 Integra, Golf Gti. Audi 80 Sport, MK2 RS2000, Astra GTE, Pug 205 Gti (ex BRSCC race car), E30 M3, 2 Scooby Foresters, a Merc C240 Sport estate.....

9850Ri is a 2006 head unit, the new ones are CDE-9881 (either RB or R suffix, only difference is the illumination colour). The new units are £160 with the iPod "full speed" lead. New units have 2 pre outs for amp connector (9850ri had only 1) and apparently better SQ too. I've ordered a 9881 and...
You may need an adaptor loom - try Halfrauds or your local motoring shop. It sounds like your permanent and switched live feeds may be slightly different to the Alpine HU.
Look on the bright side - nobody got hurt and you were properly insured. Worse things happen, at least you'll get to go car shopping with cash soon, which should negate any insurance increase if you buy cleverly.
I'm looking to improve the sound quality in my 182, and am looking at an Alpine head unit (either the 9850ri or the new iPod only HU) together with a small amp under the seat and a half decent pair of component speakers for the doors. I don't want to lose boot space with a sub, has anyone...
