I am about to tackle my rattling sunroof (pop-up) on Monday. I am armed with some rubber tubing, glue and various other things. Has anyone got any tips on what work, what doesn’t and what I shud try? I realise there is no permanent fix but even if I get 3-6months peace I will be...
Hey all,
I've been with BT Total Broadband for years (since it was BT Openworld) and neevr had a problem. However, I think I am now being capped during peak times. I find this hard to believe tho as the most I have down/uploaded in one month is 34Gig. Does anyone know if BT are forthcoming...
Hey all,
I have the chance of a job at Siemens (help desk). Just wondering if anyone works there or knows someone who works there and if so, what they think of the place?

Hey all,
I am pretty clueless when it comes to TV's so I need a bit of help. I have £400 notes to spend on a new LCD TV. I'd like one with freeview and HDMI ready. I would also like a known brand. Anything from 24inch - 32inch will do me....any ideas please?
Thanks,

They are around the cheapest with high retention. £3.85 GBP for 25Gig/Month.
They are very fast but do sometimes slow down at peak times. For that kind of money tho, who can complain.
Also, for a free alternative to NewsLeecher, you can try Alt.Binz - Its...

Hey ppl,
Is there any way to get the blueyonder drivers to work on Vista? I am sorry I don't have the details about which router but i'm guessing it uses USB (as ethernet connection would not require drivers).
Thanks,

Hey all,
Just wondering if there is a query I can use in MS Access to search for a keyword. Bascially, if I use the query, i'd like a box to pop up where I can enter a few key words and then get the results back. The results shud contain all the rows that contain those words.
Is this doable...
Hey ppl,
I've got a basic web site (tho it isn't on the web, just running off normal PC) that I would like to put a search engine in. Is there any simple html/xml based ones that I can use? I've searched for one but all I keep getting is perl and cgi scripts.

I have just signed up to NewsDemon, its pretty good! I used the coupon 'COUPON20' when signign up and got 20% discount on each monthly payment until I can cancel my account! Cheers for the advice everyone.

Ah right, I only ask as on their FAQ page it states this:
"If you signed up using either Paypal or Worldpay, you will need to login to your Paypal or Worldpay account and cancel your subscription there AS WELL as cancelling your subscription within Newsdemon."
Cheers,
-TS
Just as a note, DemonNews offer a 1Gig 2day trial account for Free. All you do is email them via their support page and request one, must say.....works a treat!
Griff - When signing up with DemonNews, do you have to create a seperate account with WorldPay too?
CHeers,

Cheers Griff, NewsDeamon looks the biz. I was goign to go with Giganews but they dont accept my debit card :( It appears Deamon do tho (through WorldPay, whatever that is?)
How releaible are they? Also, just out of interest, why did you leave Giganews? They are supposed to be the best!
Dont worry too much mate. I had a crash which was my fault in my first 2 years of driving. I was being done with due care but they offered me the chance to pay £150 and go on a 2 day driving course. I did this and, touch wood, still have a clean licence. If they don't offer you this, enquire...
