I can just change the rings over for the ABS. Front is upgraded. Its mainly for the the hydro hand brake setup as its better with disks than drums.

stub axles guessing thats the square ish metal block on the ends. Biggest problem is getting a full axle and its size for transport. Why I was thinking of just changing the drum part.

Grant if you cant drive I can give you a lift to the mid Nov meet???

OK, I want to do my rear brakes following my conversion. My question is? Is it possible to just change the brakes over i.e. leave the rear axle on and just change the ends where the drums are for disks and calipers? Or is it better to change the whole axe? P.S I am also trying to get the hand...

Don’t lie about the value of the car. It’s normally a lot cheaper to change the car on a running policy than start new. Plus it’s very much like having a new policy because if the insurance is higher you pay the difference if its lower you get money back. - depends if you pay annual or monthly

yep, yep Mine with a set of uprated spring was better I think :( But the coils are a lot smoother, not crashy :)

The driver side brake seems to make a funny "wowowo,wowowow" noise. It's seems to be a sticking calliper but it’s not happening all the time. Also if a turn left the sound stops. Any ideas????

I went from a 1.4 to a 2.0 and I would say there isn’t even 50miles on a full tank difference. 300-350 vs 290-320 I absolutely kained the 1.4 everywhere but in the 2.0 you just don’t have to try as hard.

For the ph1 172 is it only the ph1 172 front arch liners that will fit or will archliners from ph2 RS fit???

Seen a nice black 172 in the right car park had cliosport.net sticker in window 2. Also a very nice Blue V6 with number plate V6 .....

I spotted this shining example of a 182 with its very nice 17" Chrome wheels, double exit chrome exhaust, m3 style mirrors and lovely chrome go fast stripes from boot to bonet, 202bhp I think as well.
