    i doubt the power gains on a 172 - the standard exhaust isnt gonna be hugely restrictive, why would reanaut release a performance car with sh*t exhaust breathing. ppl have said that itsd hard to get good gains on a chipped 172, ask and see what others have got.

    yeah but then yourdriveshafts will wear in no time at alll, you wont be able to stop for sh*t (and when you try they will just fade!), and the weight diff between the two engines will redistribute the front-rear balance, to...who knows.
