yeah wont get you if its a gatso, its illegal becasue of the flash, thats why truvelo flashes red (or infra rad?) so they can get your (ugly) mug.
sometimes are known to go off though. tw*tty machines.
dont have to take the plug out, just bottom hose and flush through for ages. i flush until it comes out clear, then connect and turn engine over for a bit, then flush again, etc.
funny colours mate but a big difference in the quality! just needs one of them to drop it on the concrete now, put a nice gash across it ;)
got a due date yet? is that engine due for a compltee rebuild then? spec?

not in your case, only if you have rear brakes is there a bias valve. for you its even easier, no arm in middle of car to raise, just pull bar out and jack drum up by required height, then pu back in and measure, repeat for both sides.
FAQ jas?
wongy thats outrageous, tho ive heard stories like thjat so i try to d it all at home now, tho if i go to a garage in future i will ask to see the old parts that have been removed from the car.
did he get any compensation?
lower the same amount to keep the handling if you drive it reasonably hard. on clios rear is higher than front, so keep that profile. its not about notches, just take the bar out and raise the arm by the amount you want to drop it, then replace it...
if youre that bothered start to take them out yourself, using the home-made tool here:
http://www.daz-uk.com/cliosport/guides/lowering-torsion-bar/http://www.daz-uk.com/cliosport/guides/lowering-torsion-bar/
that way you can see if theyll go or not. and id have a go at it yourself if i were you.
any decent garage should have a press to push them in-if you wanna be really tight you can take the hub off yourself and just ask them to press the bearing in, shouldnt charge more than about a fiver!
