Re: Wanted: Quaife / Gripper Diff
It was a couple of years ago I bought mine, I'm curious now so I'll try to dig out the invoice and see.
That all makes sense about the drive, I always thought a quaife was fine for circut work but if you were rallying you needed a plate diff.
Try this, it'll tell you if there's a light out at least.

You've just completely confused me there.
I've got 28dl open on one window and this on another!
Good work though mate! have to work a way into the bunker. ;)
Very nice again mate!
Until quite recently I thought you actually made a living with your photography, makes it all the more impressive really.
Naples is worth a visit too if you get the chance.
As far as I remember the only thing that needed any sort of attention was the crownwheel, which had to go to Quaife to be machined I think.
I forget the details, but apart from that everything else was standard parts.
I can't tell you how much difference it's made yet though....
That's the one, parts on the shelf, etc. I think it's Agency transmission(s).

Here you go.
I had my box treated by these when I had it done, I had the front rotors done at the same time too.

The diff I bought straight from Quaife, but I can't remember how much it was I'm afraid.
A good place for a rebuild seems to be the spot that...
These look cheap at the moment, but I don't know if they are any good.

You were quite lucky I'd say, there's loads of fakes on ebay.
If they come in the proper retail packaging they're usually ok I think, avoid the ones in just a little plastic case.
Here you go-

That's it, there's still a mast.
I thought there were only ever four dishes though?
