How much do dci's go for with roughly 40k miles on? in black 54 plate.

I've been offered a cheap black 3 dr dci. Cheap I mean around £500 It's done around 40k miles but the woman selling it says its shooting out blueish smoke and oil from the exhaust. My first suggestion would be turbo but could it be anything easier/less costly to repair than this?
