Anyone that can help with this? Car stalled, I switched the Hazrds on as I was in the middle of the road, engine was re-started after a minute then I couldn't switch the Hazards off, drove home a couple of miles with Hazards on ( Of course everyone has to tell you your Hazards on on :rasp:)...
I'm not belittling the work you do as the area org. I feel sorry for the work you put in to this, with all and sundry putting their names down and just don't turn up. I don't live in your region your but frequent Combe often and go with the Skoda boys, 28 names for the track and 28 turn up...
20 cars on the list and about 8 turn up! You boys make me laugh. I did notice the the Silver 172 having a few wobbles on track at Camp, was he having Fun or losing control?
I've driven the 200Cup at Bedford and found it just too refined. Yes, it goes well, smoother, grippier, supple on the bumpy bits and a bit quicker than my 172Cup but as a fun track car ----- no. As a one and only road car for your everyday transport it's brilliant.

The favourite idea for removing these nuts is go to a local friendly garage who'll loosen them with an impact gun, then you can drive home and do your stuff.
When properly cleaned and spray pattern checked they also change the filter. So yes, good as new. There are afew injection cleaning businesses around. Have all 4 checked and if one is non repairable then you buy a new one from GSF or ECP. Usually the oe injectors will be Bosch so easily...
It's quite normal for Special Editions to come out when a model is nearing it's end and a new model due.
The idea is, if new car buyers wait for the new model then the company will be left with a large surplus of old models. Ford seem to do this quite a lot.
They do get blocked up quick don't they, changed my Fabia filter recently and the A/C works a treat now. Does a 172 Cup with non A/C have a pollen filter?
At your age you should be spending what money you have on birds, booze and generally having a good time. Spending it on your 1st. car is a waste, it's not going to improve it's value ( More like devalue it) and I doubt you'll be doing track days yet. Wait a few years till you have a good job and...
