Best to get one from a breakers yard mate - wouldnt cost you more than £30 i rekon and they would deliver - much better than going to renault who would probably charge u a million !!! Just go on autotrader and select new and used parts from one of the drop down menus and fill in your details...

Hmmmm, culd be tricky mate - As you know the boot lock is plastic and therefore not that easy to paint effectively, not sure wether you can buy a colour coded unit straight out or not.....
