T25 will give you the best compramise between spin up speed and top whack power maybe a T28 if your more after raw power, id personally rather have one that starts up quick as for day to day driving its more usable and youll have less chance of being caught out waitin for the f**ker to start...

im thinkin standard with replacement element would be better performance wise, u could always drill some holes away from the heat source as a cheap/better alternative.
