    yes i use mobil 1 i think its good in as much as its oily!...how can one tell how good an oil is?...all i know is that every pro mechanic i have spoken to says its good

    i think its normal on valvers, certainly is on mine. just whack the plugs in, theyll work fine

    if you just want to clean the xpansion out first then just pull the bottom pipe of the tank off, but be careful where you are directing the water. far as i could tell only way to drain thw whole system was bottom pipe on the radiator. no need for a new rad though unless its knackered

    front spoiler has two bolts underneath which you only have to loosen, then theres one behind the numberplate, and then there is two pig ones inside , you have to take off the plastic guard things at the bottom then push go up and behind the spoiler, they are 10mm nuts, bit of a pig first time...
