Mines a last of the line Mk1 (R-Plate), and I think it came with special edition rattles to celebrate the discontinuation of manifacture! LOL
Ive got both cars, and apart from the obvious signs of age in the 5s interior, there is not much between them. I think on just the quality of drive I...
Right Im sure the answer is in there somewhere, cheers everybody so far! The car is a Ph2 BTW.
OK to recap the problem....
After a bit of a drive (example yesterday Sheffield to Nottingham) and I turn the car off, and goto turn it pritty much straight back on, when I come to turn it back on...
Right you go to the car it starts first time. Drive it and get it warm, it wont! Nighmare for petrol stations LOL
All ignition lights come on, so its obviousally not battery. As you turn it the final click to fire it up, it just makes a one click noise from the engine and thats it. Eventually...
If I was going to get a Nova, itd have to be a 2.0l Turbo. Absolute animals if tuned, a real fight just to keep it in a straight line, and an easy scooby killer!
Find a company called RJ Automotives website, and their blue nove (around the 270bhp mark) is one of the nicest cars Ive seen...
Post the plate up if you dont mind? Ill keep an eye out for the muppets when Im out and about, might be able to follow them home for you then a friendly visit can be paid LOL

Right, in the near future idealy I would like to have rear disks on my 1.2 Ph3 Mk1 Clio as part of my master plan....
Im thinking the best (and only?) way to do this would be to fit a 16v rear axel in place of the one I have currently? But what other things would I need, and is this conversion...
Ive never been in, or driven a Scooby that actually felt fast....
OK, they sound great, handle quite well, and the classic can be made to look good (Like my mate Peccys http://www.peccy.comwww.peccy.com)
But they are so smooth and boring to drive. No kick, and its certainly NOT an animal...
Ive had mine stupid low for over 2 1/2yrs, nothings broken YET (touch wood! LOL). Some people might like fashion over functionality, different strokes for different folks!

Mines 35 all round, depending on cloud conditions (as random as that seems!) mine can go really dark or really light.... Darkest is when its raining?!?

"cossies are crap top end standard"
Craggy - A Standard 2wd Saph Cossie is geared for well over 170mph.... BUT in standard trim it will never see that sort of speed LOL. Agreed standard they are poo, but no other car I know of has the easy tunability...
SoLow - "go to Elvington next week to...
Absolute idiot if you ask me. Deserves everything he gets.... and more. Its people like that, which cost us legal drivers extra in insurence, aswell pose a serious risk to innocent people when drink driving.
Id say an easy 3 year ban..... and if he has been caught before for no license a...
"at a guess capable of 12. something 1/4 mile"
Craggy Id guess itd be impossible for a FWD car to hit the 12s unless it was immense..
BUT I bet 30-100 (what most races on the road are really) then that Saxo would be pritty much unbeatable! If I was him Id of had bigger than 15" wheels on so...
Yeah, was it 2wd or 4wd?
You have to be careful with all that power in a 2wd one. I know of a lad who lent his to his bird to goto the shops, she was doing 60 round a bend on a duel carrageway, put her foot slightly on the accelerator, which made it come on boost (must of been in 3rd), it was...
Rhys, I think you will find we are not bottom anymore, after tanning the top of the table away from home! :) LOL
Good luck for today, even though I hate the blunts its always nice to see the underdog win!
Tim
I went today.... Not an improvement in anyway over last year. Make sure you go and see Rocket Ronnies R32 Skyline, its on the inside bit, a beast!
Rhys, there is only one team in Sheffield worth supporting, and they play in Blue and White ;)
Tim
Cheers mate!
I imagine once Ive got the door inside door handle bit off, its just a case of pulling it off. If it ends up been too much hasstle Ill just leave them in I think....
Tim
What about the back ones?
Its a Ph2 Valver, Ive found a crashed one, gonna be having the interior, was gonna take the door cards too...
Then a decision, keep the Ph1 interior, or put the Ph2 one in... not sure which to have!
