I would sooner buy a second hand genuine one from someone off here, when a poor patent parts goes wrong/fails are they going to cover your costs? Don't get many problems with rads so second hand should be fine

Right I am posting this really for future reference, my clio started acting strange idling around 1000-1100 rpm then developed a slight misfire when upto running temperature, due to mine being a turbo 172 and suffering from detting I thought the worst so got to work carrying out a compression...

I'd try and get the clips, they are there for a reason, soak the stubborn injectors with wd40 they will come out, quicker than taking the lower inlet off.

The ones on eBay are what ktec sell, buy off eBay or try and find a universal forge one, I fell lucky and found a second hand golf fitment forge unit on eBay and got it for £80! just had to remove 2 brackets.

Lol wakey wakey :rasp: manifold and down pipe will be getting done, il do anything to dissipate the heat generated, just thought the pistons might help. Edit probably going to get shot down for that last comment.

Ceramic coating pistons, what are people's views on this? And is it going to effect compression ratio?
