got the price a little wrong as I was looking at rears instead of fronts by mistake, but the real price for fronts is around £85~ a set compared to 120 for DS2500s. A little bit more expensive that 1144s
Anyone else had a similar problem? It's like the ABS cutting in every time you brake now. That said one of the abs rings was corrodod a bit and a little bit loose could move a mm left and right
These any good? Heard good things about them on the saxo scene and they are less than half the cost of ds2500s etc. 971 carbon or something they are called.
at least the fiesta is a new car, not MOT to worry about and all that.
I think the ST is about as close as you can get in a modern hot hatch these days to a 182
Hard choice as the ST is very nice indeed. That said I'd like to bet the price of petrol blue 182s will go up due to the rarity in a few years time. Could always SORN and dry store it?
Id it 12 months ago and something like 5-6k miles in that time. I think i'm good for a while then, just a messy job that I can do without doing in this weather
In a dci68 mk2, just changed the discs and pads as the old ones were scrap. Now it feels like the abs is cutting in early even on light braking applications, seems to feel like its the off side front wheel. Checked the pads and discs all seem fine. There seems to be a fault with the abs mind -...
arent these designed for hill climbs or sprints? I reckon they'd over heat with prolonged use but then i've only used 2Gs. Then again they were free so try them
Thanks guys, just glad they didn't put up a fight really as there was 3 of them and one of me but never the less it turned out ok. Next time I'm taking a camera minder!
