Ah thats good, I just spent a few hours with the heat gun and scraper! Not too bad though. If you're going full weight reduction, how about cutting out the inner shell of the boot and doors? Obviously you'd ideally do this if you've got a cage to keep structural strength.

Have you removed all the black tar sound deadening? Weights a ton for what it is.
