Back was higher meaning I had a nose diving effecting into corners; for me and my driving style lowing the rear moves the weight / centre of gravity towards the back of the car and a balanced ride.
I also have 2 degrees of camber on the front which helps. Overall its not that low and sits...
Not sure if anyone else has had this problem with the Bilstein B14 Coilovers where the ride height at the rear stays nearly standard even on the lowest setting. As per the two pictures I compounded this by stripping out the rear in preparation for making a track day car.
To resolve the problem...
Thought that might be the comments, regarding safety. I am now likely to go with harnesses with clips connectors and ring bolts in the original fitting holes (4 point)
Anyone bought one of these

Ive just insured my car to include a exhaust and induction kit even though I don't have them on the car at the minute (as there is a fee everytime you add an item).
I would say make a list of the basic's, coilovers, exhaust, induction kit / filter, brake hoses / discs / pads and add them all...
I figure I have at least a year before I need this doing again at 80k miles, might do it sooner. I have also ordered all the service parts from Opie oil to make sure everything is actually up-to-date for piece of mind.
The car wasn't the pristine example as described..... however I did pay a reasonable price as a result. key issues were
- Climate control buzzing noise (which can be resolved easily)
- Radio and cig lighter not working (Fuse more than likely)
- Also confirmed as an import
- Minor scraps to...
Keep it clean, paper or replacement to maintain air flow. Ive always felt have to oil a filter or clean a non-disposable filter may not be as good as a fresh new paper filter?
I am sure I am wrong though.....
It got dark before I could look, I only drove it home today. I figured it could be a fuse as my Sat Nav wouldn't charge and as I fiddled with it the Radio turned off.
Thought is might be a relay of some sort, as I have the 'Climate Control buzzing' which sounds like a broken relay??
A fuse and...
Spoke to the chap this morning and he has a verification letter from Renault saying it should be Black. He is unsure if the car is an import (Thanks Fred), but all the work has been done at Renault over the last few years so won't be an issue.
Hopefully have a successful test drive today!!
Need some advise,
Just checking the details of a car I am planning to have a look at tomorrow, and have just checked the DVLA web-site,
http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk
to make sure it is what it is, and the colour has come up as silver and not black as the car actually is.
The...
Its a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know where I can buy a suitable set of C spanners to fit a set of Bilstein B14 PSS coilovers, as I need to adjust the front back up to balance the car out (Nose dives at the moment).
Thanks
