if you look gearbox side there should be a metal plate halfway up the block which will say F7r 700 for willy, 710/714 for megane or f7p 722 for valver (not sure what itr says for r19 16v though)
some you have to cut down as well , they come so you can have them to what size you want, imo you shoul dkeep the reciept and take it back but thats more personal taste :P
could be release bearing on clutch, the energy engine is a naturally tappy engine, it will idle at higher revs until it warms so thats normal too. you sure the squeek doesnt stop when you rev it more? if so fan belt wants tightening
saw this beast on friday when me and richy went down to visit BenR, and was green with envy with there also being an f7r on the floor as well begging me to take it home and stick it in the valver! the car certainly looks in good nick, you could eat your dinner off of the engine bay! lets hope it...
if its the oil temp guage they often dont work, a new sender shoudl sort that at £40ish and its usually a buggered heater matrix responsible for lack of heat
buy a complete 2nd hand head? there are usually a couple kicking about, if worst comes to worst i have one which you can have cheap and only needs 4 zorst valves if yours is totalled
i have a coil pack for sale mate and i'm just off J35 of the m1 so i'm near you as well ;) make me an offer, i think i have a dizzy cap and arm as well so make me an offer for the whole lot?
i'm personally not in sheffield but i can see if my old man is gonna be in if you want to pick them up
spose it does make it that little bit more work to time up but surely so long as you read what comes with the cams carefully it shouldnt be that hard. alternatively someone near him must have the time to help him out for a bit of cash!
we have loads of teng tools and have never had a problem!, they also come with a lifetime warrenty so they cant be that poor! halfrauds professional aint that bad apart from their torx bits which twist/break frequently!
