What a shower! Anyone with half a car mechanic's brain should be able to spot the MASSIVE amounts of movement in the two rear mounts! Sounds like a case of "any excuse to make some money off this mug and **** off an exhaust because we didn't make it".

It's a clunk when reversing - forwards is fine. Although it's not done either in 2 weeks :-( missing it! But sod driving in the salt and snow...

Indeed. And I think 15 hours labour is very conservative, given that it was on the ramp for nearly a week (no rush to get it done - told him to take his time!) and every time I spoke to him he was in/under/on it...
