When I had mine done at Renault, the lower suspension arm was about £70 and it came to about £160 in total.

Probably 45mins for a weekly wash and quick detail spray. Once every few months 3hours for a polish, seal & wax

I also use meguiars. I will be tempted to Blackfire gel next though as meguiars does fling all up the side of the car. The does last well though.

Performance wise, unless you go for Cams or Throttle Bodies you won't get much more bhp. Re-map can get maybe 5bhp more, but make the car more driveable

As my Megane is Ph1 mine is 209g, so mine will be £300 a year great. R26 F1's etc have the newer engine and are only 200g, so they are with the Clios at £260

If it is creaking when starting off at low speeds and turning slightly at low speeds, it will be you lower suspenion arm bushes. Easier just to replace the arm, it's under £70 from Renault.

Looks brutal. I don't think I would ever know enough about them to buy one though.
