Yes Fred I would, there's a little rule about being "fit for purpose" and IMO that particular set clearly aren't. This isn't a case of 100% of them cracking, therefore it maybe just a 'bad batch'. Whatever spin you put on it, it's disgraceful aftersales service from a respected company...

Beryl is a desktop utility for Linux, basically virtual desktop. Kinda like Windows Aero. I found some info on a similar tool for OSX called 'Quartz' but I'll be damned if I can find anywhere to download it. Anybody heard of Quartz?

Ah gotcha, not too fussed about that then. Is there anything like Beryl available for Mac? Any other nice looking desktop enhancements?

Sounds like either your rear left caliper is fked or it's got air in it perhaps. Try checking the piston out, and bleeding the brakes would be my knee jerk reaction.
