In the picture tht mount is normally ok, it is supposed to have some play in it. if your getting knocking then its most likely to be the lower gear box dog bone mount

the wishbone is the same the hub may have a different bolt spacing on it make sure the subframe isnt bent aswell

how much does the engine move , put the hand brake on, in 1st and lift the clutch slightly get a mate to do this while you look on how much and where from the engine is moving. a loud knocking when accelerating is more than likley the lower dog bone engine mount

You need pedal, cable, Throttle body, TPS, ICV from the mk1 172 also you will need the ECU from the mk1 172

its a t**t of a job to change on the 172 but its only once a year. The hard part is getting at the bolts from the back you need a bendy extention bar and a spanner on the other side. ideally you need it on a ramp to get at it properly.

5 years as the rubber degrades making the belt weaker , best to get it changed i wouldnt pay more than 250-300 for the job though
