Just removed my oil filter to swap it for a new one along with oil etc... Took it off and a small spring fell out. Any ideas?

Reason I ask is I have a suspected lambda sensor on it's way out on my ph1, abit juddery between 1500 and 2000 rpm. After that it's fine But before I pay out for a new one I've scoured a decent one from a ph 2

Any gear between 1500 and 2000 rpm. The car has developed a slight misfire/hesitation above 2k it's spot on.. Any ideas??

Rad fan isn't working STILL! I've checked all earths from sensor to ecu and ecu to fan and they are all good. I've replaced one of the black relays. Replaced the thermostat (genuine Renault) And yesterday changed the cts (Gsf) That leaves me with the resistor pack to change! It...
