Rad fan isn't working STILL!

I've checked all earths from sensor to ecu and ecu to fan and they are all good.

I've replaced one of the black relays.

Replaced the thermostat (genuine Renault)

And yesterday changed the cts (Gsf)

That leaves me with the resistor pack to change! It controls both fan speeds I believe, would this cause it to not work at all? The fan works ok when I unplug the cts so I know there's a decent feed...

Any help please guys

The resistor is there for fan low speed run, its shorted out on high speed which is probably why it runs when you unplug the cts as it runs full speed. Test it first with a meter rather than trial by replacement.

When I tested it it was 0.1 ohms but I don't know what I'm testif it against as I don't know the correct reading
