Re: Best Internet Deals for Unlimited Internet. How good is BT, Sky and Virgin Media
have a good look on moneysavingsexpert.com as well, as there's a fair amount of useful info and links on there
i don't know how much they are - just thought i'd read that sum mentioned.
are you sure 197 wheel's are 'only' £150? seems cheap
ed. that ebay wheel went for £210
it's 'safe' to jack in the middle of the beam, providing the jack's secure
i've been doing it, but have been wary due to what you hear about the beams bending easily. it's been for three geo checks whilst i've had it though, and there's been no change in the rear geometry
the weapons generate randomly and there are so many permutations that you can get lucky with their stats. got a few that are properly kick-ass, which all seem to be around high 30s in level
you can't level beyond 50 as a player, the max weapon level seems to be 48, although enemies can go to 51
think you said you'd had someone OK them, but are you sure the pads/calipers are ok?
it's worth spending a little time to take the pads out and clean everything up (posted a brief guide to this a little while ago)
i've had people muck up wheel balancing before now as well but you could try...
looks as though all you need is a piece of pipe and a welder
the one in the first photo just looks tack welded - presumably a mock up, as it won't be gas tight
try the other bedding in procedure to see if they improve. there's a 'greening' phase that you should put compo pads through before they'll perform as well as they can. they might just be poor from cold, of course; although haven't seen many people complain about DS2500s
is there any way the ABS ring might not be sat as it should? or do they locate positively?
just wondering if the new one could be misaligned, causing some sort of wheel/hub balance problem
you don't need fancy equipment - all any of them do is set the toe between the front wheels, as that's all that's adjustable. the relationship is between the two front wheels and involving the rears is irrelevant
bunch of things that could be affecting it but really wouldn't surprise me if all...
i hate getting the tracking done and am glad we've a Protyre in Bristol, as they're the only outfit i've used who've yet to muck it up. it's such a simple thing, but people just use the wrong values, knackered equipment, or simply don't take the basic level of care required to get it right. i'd...
assuming it's definitely coming from the front, only other possibilities are brakes/driveshafts
if you decide it's the diff/gearbox, try changing the oil to see if that helps at all. they can go on for ages, making noises, or they could seize tomorrow - probably a 'live with it' thing until/if...
i thought they were usually non-removeable. are you trying to change harness fittings in a car?
was going to suggesting trying mountineering shops if you just want some sort or spring catch that'll latch onto eyebolts (that aren't being used as seat belts in a car)
looks great. also interested, but guess wheels from scrap cars are going to be very rare and relatively expensive
does this mean that wheels from lesser Clio3s will also fit?
i've a spare Turini in mine; it's had both 205 and 195 tyres on it, and they'll both fit in the well
not sure if you can get space savers; 15" steel's probably the lightest bet if not
don't know how it operates, but there's some sort of switch in the PAS system that's supposed to regulate idle on full lock/load - it's screwed into the PAS pump pipe (directly infront of alternator. it's common that they leak from that joint, but don't know if that affects its operation)
have you got the workshop manual? there's an illustration in there (can email them to you if you haven't)
ed. actually, if you search, there are online links to the manual - the illustration is in section 19.5
this may be a red herring as i don't know how the gauge sender is configured, but have you checked the leads as they attach to the fuel pump under the rear seats? could be that one of them is the tank sender and has a corroded terminal or something
