my flickr is moderate viewing so you may have to vhange your settings to see them. I'll check the contact thing out.
nope anyone can see them, you must have to have your safe viewing settings too harsh I think.
did some experimenting in the studio today so bear that in mind when you view these shots. most are of an erotic nature so there is a link to my flickR folder too.
really pleased with the results from the 5D2, the amount of detail the 5D2 picks out is absolutly stunning...
the lens is pretty slow so unless its quite sunny you'll need to bump up the iso to get the shutter speed fast enough to freeze the action.
you'll want to get your composition right no horses heads hiding the riders, get the riders in the air or on approach rather than landing unless they are...
never used a monopod in my life. if you have a big lens say 400,, f2.8, 500mm f4 then yes I can see the point but other than that they are a waste of money
depends what you are going to give them. I charge £400 for friends plus prints non friends £800. just remember that you not onlyhave to spend time taking the pictures, aranging the guests making sure you get everyones photo but you have to process the images and then present them to the...
you really don't want to go longer than a couple of seconds. you still want to keep the background without making it just a blur. Problem with close in rigs like that is you have to use an UWA lens to get the whole car in which distorts the car
you'll be wanting an ultra wide angle and a telephotozoom. depends how much you want to spend really lol
any lens that can be used on a D40 can be used on a D90
f2.8 lens, flash with stofen attached. exposure and ISO dependant on light in club. if its crap light don't expect decent shots.
nice colourful shots with good emotion a must to make the shots look interesting.
some I did week or so back at a dj sash gig shot in manual wide open...
10-22 is too wide for cars, the perspective will warp them.
if you already have the kit lens then I would think about a zoom or upgrade your kit lens to somthing faster.
