Looking to put some vernier pulleys on my 1.6 16v Clio Rallycross car. Can get any, but can get some for the 2.0. Does anyone know if they are the same on a 2.10 and a 1.6? Perhaps someone could count the number of teeth and measure the dia of a 2.0 pully for me? Cheers in Advance

Got a Mk2 rack here on my Mk2 Ph2. Normal Power steering, not electric. Its for a racing car so we are running it off a Saxo electric pump as we can't get a standard clio pump on the engine. I have put it on and we appear to have some problems, I think I may have the pipes the wrong way around...

So a R5 clutch is the same as a K4M JB3? We just need a competition clutch for my 1.6 16v with a JB3, however that is achieved, either with a 172 flywheel and clutch or a 1.6 flywheel and R5 clutch or whatever. Still headscratching here!

JB3 Box, got it all apart exept getting the diff out of the casing / bell houing. What am I doing wrong? Shouldnt it just come out? Any help asap much appriciated. Cheers

Are the ratios any better mate?

Tried it on both boxes and its the same. The casing will move off the dowels but then drops back on. Does the selector have to be off?

Havnt taken the dowels out, surly it should just slide off these? Clutch plate isnt on it no.

Trying to get the diff from gearboxes, got both a 172 one and a JB3. Taken all the bolts from the bell housing / casing, yet the bell housing wont come off. It will move a little way but only under force but no further. Is this something to do with the gear selector. How would you remove...
