Just received my Upper Front strut brace from OMP, sized it up to the struts.... Do you have to screw directly into the chassis turrets just withan ordinary drill bit? ther are no fitment instructions with it whatsoever. confused, so please help!

its a Mk2. 2002, was serviced at 44,00 and its now at 49,000. Engine sounds a bit s**t on cold starts but i;ve been told they all do. I dont wanna go into a garage and get it checked because they'll just make up a reason to fix something.

Nope, not a thing. Standard exhaust and airbox... which is why i am slightly concerned

My engine emissions light (orange on in bottom right of dials) keeps coming on randomly. How do i know if it is genuine problem or just my dials being an arse?? i dont wanna go to renault stealer because even if there isnt a problem, they'll find one! Help would be appreciated......

Completely agree mate, since i bought my Silver 172 i havent been pulled over once. I am a lil baby-face and i've passed Coppas at a ridiculour pace and not a thing (touch wood). Also i find it massively hard to get a race... sayin that its a ClioSport and most kids just cant keep up! Nicest...

I'm 18 and i got insured on my 172 for £1800. It depends on so many factors, where u live and what u use the car for being major ones. Also you part time employment is huge influence, insurance companies dont lke thinkin that your parkin your car outside sum back aley pb every other night. Wait...

I'm assuming you've tried turning it on manually. If you turn your key so that you have power but not with engine switched on. Then twist the stalk from off to sidelights only twice, you should then hear a beep. If they aren't activated from that then its probably a sensor problem... fuse maybe
