After some feedback on Clio RS tuning packages

there is no room to keep the air con pump unfortunatly, without spending too much money making a driveshaft for the charger and repositioning it elsewhere. thanks for the feed back so far. we will keep you up to date with the progress.

After some feedback on Clio RS tuning packages

i noticed that novidem did a kit, however the way their kit worked looked like it could be a costly job, we would more than likely look at getting rid of the air con pump and rad. would be nice to try and develop a kit that kept the aircon but sometimes its not possible.

    Are Remaps/Chips Bad For Cars?

the gains are minimal on a stock engine, however drivability can be improved as can the lumpy idle. id only really consider doing it if i changed cams had head work etc.... or if it was a turbo car

    Super chip re-map

Superchips come with a full warentee, id get the fitter to do a code read on the car, see whats causing the management light to come on, could be coincidence. if no joy with that get the fitter to remove the chip and see if the problem goes away, if it does then there is a problem with the file

    Remap question...

how are the wheels going to effect the engine performance! they will effect the road performance
  17. broster@JAM-Sport

    Remap question...

having it mapped with the 15's on or the 17's wont make the blindest bit of difference to the power outcome

    Fire breathing GDI Clio 172

  28. broster@JAM-Sport

    172/182 inlets

for any gains to be taken seriously you need to do before and after runs, as you say it could be a good car or a bad car to start with, mine made 166bhp on our dyno standard, so thats my base figure for mods. granted runs on the same day are better and will be done with any mods i do to the car...
