Garage work near Northampton?

Hey guys, probably a lame title, but lost all creativity today.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a decent garage near northampton (or nearer wellingborough fo those that have heard of the place) that are cheap and reliable.

I want to lower the suspension and get some other parts done (brakes and pads). Don't have the knowledge, tools or time to do it myself and just want to know if anyone can recommend a garage near me?

Worth thinking about Jamsport

they had a bad repuatation a little while.

they specialise in Fords rs turbos mostly but do do other work. Had my old saxo lowered and exhaust made there.

they recently had an overhaul and got in some new guys and apprently they are on the up.

if its only minor work u want doing then you cant go far wrong!

Sweet will have to check them out. Just need to buy the springs I want. Does it cost a lot to get them fitted? Or am I best getting brakes and calippers done at same time.

I would do the work myself, but at least have someone with some knowledge showing me. Last thing I want is the wheel falling off or the suspension collapsing over a road hump, lol.
Oh and I think I might wait til MOT is out of way, depending on money.
