I had the same problem on my Escort, when I was using Tarox grooved/drilled discs & EBC Greenstuff pads.
I changed the pads for some Tarox pads and once they were gone, normal ferodo pads and the problem never came back.
I bet it is the pads.
Sometimes when changing gear, especially in 3rd.
On the way back up on the clutch, I get a clunk.
I was thinking it is a gearbox mount, but I had the top mount under the battery tray changed earlier on in the year.
So I guess the dogbone mount should be next.
Could be anything else?
I had that with my first road bike, a TS50. They put on EHT instead of FHT.
It was like that for a month or so untill I noticed the tax disc when cleaning it.
Mine was like that at 30k.
I thought it was a problem, I didn't know it was normal.
I had the seal changed under warranty, but I'm not sure if it made a difference and what it looks like now I'm on 40k.
I've just moved into my first house want a TV & broadband package.
I looked at Virgin, it was 2 for £25 but no Sky One.
Sky was offering on their website £22 for TV 2 mixes, Phone and 8MB broadband 40GB limit.
But now i'm paid for the BT line and checked my number it's £34 a month...
When I changed my pads last time.
I checked the resorvoir and when I tighten up the cap the rear of the resorvoir came out of the master cylinder. It was a real pain to get back in.
I not even going to touch it next time I change the pads.
You shouldn't have to pay for them to find out the problem.
Mine has been checked plenty of times and I never paid a penny.
I wouldn't take it to them again.
