OEM cup suspension > Raceland (aka Facepalmland) coilovers. If you want coilover you'll need to invest at least 700 quid or you'll make handling go shocking ;)

Injector cover is only a lump of metal. Installed there for crash saftey reasons. You could upload a picture to imageshack and post the link in here for a more detailed answer.
