you will probably break the bearing up to get it off, then you'll have the fun of getting what's left of the bearing off the stub axle. heat is a good move, with a cold chisel.

Quick one, will 15" alloys eg mk1 clio wheels fit my clio cup and still clear the brake calipers etc? i know the pd, offset etc are ok, just wondered about caliper, cos R888's are so much cheaper on 15's

should be fine. it's the tensioner adjuster, just make sure you undo ALL the alternator bolts before adjusting, else you WILL snap the adjuster. (i know i did it!)

You should be pleased with that, the only difference i've got is ITB's. and don't they go well. easily kept up with a NSX on a trackday last weekend, well happy.
now get yourself racing and really see what it can do...
