This might sound crazy, and I have been asked this by mechanics - is there such thing as a higher performance or heavy duty wheel bearing, for the Clio?
Seeing as the Clio's seem to eat the feckin bearings it would be a good idea to find out
Anyone ever hear of a better/stronger bearing that...
I see some cheeky git has posted this!

Just wait till I see that thing, and put my plate on it :o (joke btw Pete)
On Sunday 1st March there was a charity Rolling Road day up at AI Autosport to raise money for the RNIB.
I had the ok from the organisers to hold a dent-day for our lot and anyone else was very welcome.
The craic was as good as the food, the weather held out for most of the day and it was all...
We went along to an event organised for one of the local forums - www.reallymeansounds.com
The convoy & Kirkistown Track entrance
Since it was a day for the other forum, the ClioSport lot were scattered about all over the place lol

Anyone had these fitted?
I'm thinking of getting myself a set of Lockwood dials;
Not sure what dial colour to go for though but I'll be getting the Blue LEDs done in the dash a some point.
Also, can the Lockwood logo be covered with something like RenaultSport? :)
We set off from Sprucefield...
We set off from Sprucefield (always best 2nd time round ;)) and headed towards the loughs & hills as promised.
Some of the ones at the back got fed up with the bumpy country lanes after we cleared the Irish traffic-jam so we ended up heading towards Newcastle...
Well since I had to work on my birthday (today) I went for a random drive yesterday :D
Disappointed to find out that my chosen route for the meet at the weekend is blocked by 4ft of snow  so had to turn back. Couldn't resist a few snaps while I was there
Country...
Done the search but can only find problems with them leaking :S
My Drivers-side Xenon Washer isn't working, everything else is ok.
If there's dirt/grit blocking it, how do you take it off to clean it?
Any other ideas of what could be wrong?
Cheers

Tried to install the software for my phone on the laptop and it won't read anything off the CD :S
Just keeps spinning & trying it - when you click on the CD Drive in Explorer it asks me to insert a disc!
All other CD's are fine
Yes! It's what we've been waiting for :)
Following on from the huge gathering of interest, we are at last in a position to run a GroupBuy for the Matched Inlets

Please read carefully as there are a few choices with this one;
The matching service is available...
I've just installed & activated MS Office 2007 (Student Version) - legit x3 license.
I went to open a Word file and it keeps freezing and coming up with the infamous
"Program Not Responding"
I've tried saving a file, closing it and opening it again - no joy there either :S
Anyone...
I've seen this sitting outside the Dungannon Sainsbury's filling station beside me,

Took these when my best mate passed his test a while back :approve:
Must say it's an awesome motor inside & out and the 1.6 16v automatic is very smooth :)
Lowered on 17s with some sort of a side-skirt (not sure which)
Subtle looking wee motor :)
I was behind it on my way to Cookstown via Tullyhogue & passed it and another car in the 60 zone just before the main roundabout
Comming home from a meet on Sunday, I came off the motorway and around the roundabout towards town...
As I went around the roundabout, the car seemed to dive towards the front left more than it normaly would (even if you had std suspension) I was doing about 25-30ish at the time.
I've had...
Here's a few of my Ph-Porky I took yesterday
Who said Irish pork wasn't safe to use these days? ;)
Hope to get it washed for our meet this weekend but not fussed - I'm liking the "driven" look :o
My insurance renewal is comming up soon, due on 20th Dec
Has anyone ever moved their renewal date, or is it even possible?
Just don't fancy having to pay the insurance at the mouth of Christmas every year lol

Went out for a short blast yesterday and a few quick snaps since I got a break in our typical Irish weather (it's feckin baltic I tell ye hi)
I edited the first shot as it came up a tad too bright and I like how it came out, as for the others I'll let you judge for yourselves :)...
Following on from the last group-buy I have a lot of people interested in having this done again.
I have decided to put this thread up now to see what way the interest lies, as Ben is back on the 17th Nov 08 :)
We will get more details on price & deposit (if required) when I get in touch...

I have bought a K-Tec Sport Cat from a member on here with intentions of getting the K-Tec recessed exhaust as the standard one is getting a bit raspy.
