Careful you don't turn the cams, if you've locked the crank at TDC you're very likely to bend valves undoing the pulleys.

Discs and pads from Renault Wolverhampton, £99 for discs and pads I believe still. Second hand caliper would be my choice too, if its leaking back there it could be cracked internally.

Re: DCI 65 pov spec commuter OEM+ They will be oil filled, so sometimes do sound squelchy, its more about how they compress and return. You shouldn't need to replace pistons, just clean them up as best as you can. Mines all black & silver, looked good for a week.

Re: DCI 65 pov spec commuter OEM+ At least give the subframe a coat of hammerite IMO, moreso if you're cleaning it up. Make sure the sliders are free on the calipers at least. Shocks impressive lol I'd keep the rear shocks IMO.

I personally think you won't have an issue. One of mine had a skimmed head (perhaps 1thou removed) and that had no issues on the timing belt.

With the tensioner where it is, it will more than likely cause a penny in the jar rattle coming down the revs.

Winding them up is easy! I believe theres some small humps/bumps, no major speed bumps however.
