i run mine without sidelights. don't like the look of sidelights and the led ones either don't match the xenon properly or the stop working after a few weeks.
ultraleggera's without a doubt. trasformed my car to be honest (from the 182 wheels). mine are 16" but still very light and allow a lot of cooling to the brakes. the car felt more nimble after fitting them.
they look good too.
im really not sure to be honest. you could try calling jabba and see if they will do it? they normally work on vag cars but it won't harm asking. they do most of the work on mine but i know the lad really well, since school/bmxing days:cool:
out of the clio range...
1- 197 cup
2- 200
3- 182 trophy
4- ph2 v6
5- 172 cup
rs range in general...
1- meg r26r
2- 197 cup
3- 200
4- meg 250
5- 182 trophy
ok great :) cheers for that info pete and danny.
i think i will be getting a set of the premiers then, cant see my car getting much track use this year so i dont see the point in ds2500's etc. thanks again guys.
my miltek sits perfect. needed to pack the exhaust brackets up a bit to stop the tailpipes sagging but that is the crappy brackets fault not the milteks. i really like yozza's but just too loud. there is no way that a miltek with cat is louder than a yozza with cat, sorry fred but there is just...
tough choice between the two. if you go for a b/g, i hope you like cleaning!
racing blue, no stripes, anthracite ultraleggera's = win imo.
do love my bg when its clean tho, and a slightly more 'grown up colour'.
a couple of lads round my way have them... 'beij and wests renault on here'.
i think they sound great but it would be too noisy on a daily drive for me. sounds great for when you want a blast out in it tho.
the premier ferodo's? i think a mate runs them and they don't seem too bad at all, and cheaper than oem!
i don't know what to do! lol. good job i have about 2000miles left on them. enough time to decide, although at this rate im not sure if it is! lol.
found the mintex in the traders section on here. at auto nation, £61.99 and a 5% cliosport discount.

other option is oem pads for about £38
right, think i have come to a conclusion.
i think ds2500's are a little to overkill for what i intend on using the car for. im liking the sound of mintex 1144 pads, they seem to be getting very good reviews/ value for money etc. was going to go for oem pads but the mintex are only £22 more and...
i guess 2118's are not avaliable in 16" because 16" is not a size commonly used by track/rally cars etc. 15" or 17" usually.
sheep turinis are good...
but these are better (imo) and a fair bit lighter too...
16" ultraleggeras on sportlines ;)
what make are oem pads? what are the budget ferodo pads like? i use them on the rear but i don't know how well they would do on the front.
need some front pads soon and im weighing up my options. interested in ds2500's but worth the money? any other suggestions?
chuck them in the bin. mot testers never even notice. i have never had any trouble at all.
the jets are crap, they leak and spray water over your clean car!
yeah, i was not happy with the quality of apex and i am now on sportlines with no complaints.
coilovers are also going to feel quite harsh compared to the standard setup. sportlines and 16" wheels is about spot on imo.
