😂 I can't picture how it would come out. Same with the Mk2 Meganes, although on them I think you can cut the bolt down and then put it back in from the outside.
Rear beam bolt on the driver's side won't come out with the tank in the way, will it?
I'm sure I had that issue with the two beams I've done 🤔
The bolt is like 100mm long.
I would add a thin smear all the way round.
At least you're using decent anaerobic sealant and not silicone, which dries and breaks off as you found out.
Depending on budget, i'd be looking at the Canon mirrorless range.
The EOS R10 or EOS RP are similar money ~£1000, the R10 being APS-C and the RP is Full Frame.
The RP is small considering it's Full Frame, basically designed for travel.
The take the new range of Canon RF lenses, but you can...
No idea, but that sounds absolutely mental that you'd have to remove the box to take the head off 🤨
Guessing it was leaking from the thermostat housing, with the coolant being all over the top of the box?
Try adjusting it first yeah.
The plunger is on a ratcheting type travel, if you press the pedal down by hand and then pull the plunger out, then release the pedal slowly to bring the plunger in a few clicks.
You can also fine tweak it by hand by a click or two.
There is a calculation you can do yeah, but i'd have to find it.
The newer Snap On digital wrenches have an option for using crows foot attachment, so it works it out for you.
Edit: Norbar have an app which calculates it for you...
