On Ashs car, the red matches the colour of his Trophy exterior paintwork, so red looks perfect. I wouldn't just tosh big red calipers on any car though.

I would imagine you would use spray adhesive over the top of the existing headlining, and then trim the excess around the edges before folding the edges over and sticking down.
