Echo what @Ricardos said. Properly thought out, investigated and designed with a clear strategy in mind.
I recently bought some of your exhaust mounts and even something as basic as those you can clearly see have been designed and manufactured to a really nice standard.
NIce job guys :)...
Probably missing that your turbo diesel has a huge compression ratio and a turbocharger. Subsequently a huge wall of low down torque that your Clio will unfortunately never have in NA format.
RS Clios are not fast, they can just be driven very fast. :)
Hes literally spent no money on that at all from what he's said hes done on it.
Also i have no idea why people post has a tatty looking car saying, "this will be for sale soon, get your wallet ready".
Why not fully prepare a car so it looks a million dollars, and just post it for sale?
Speak to Alex at AW Motorworks.
But I’d say even with sensible driving. You’re probably on the threshold of the stock clutch torque capacity.
It will be the roll on 4th and 5th when it will start to show.
Alex may be able to advise more useable options.
All,
Weighing up some exhaust options at teh mo and getting a bit bored of the agro of dealing with folk on the continent.
I'm tempted to buy an off the peg system and be done with it, cheaper, less agro blah blah.
Can those who have the PMS system on their 182 please post some photos, videos...
Not a bad idea on the APR big end fasteners but they're actually under less strain in a forced induction application.
NA the rods are always wanting to leave via the top, forced induction they want to go out the bottom :)
Yeah I know it’s a transfer that you can actually polish off quite easily. I know this because I did it on my Imprezas speedlines as I wanted a different colour.
These will be painted under the clearcoat so non chance of that at least.
Be cool if I could return the whole set to Speedline to...
Good mate of mine Boyd @ BR Car detailing in Colchester put me on to Kyle @ Rim Renov8 also in Colchester.
He does all the wheels for Eurospares in Halstead (Ferrari/Lamborghini/Maserati) specialists and comes highly reccomneded. Fingers crossed.
Ive got high hopes those as he was talking in far...
