Tbh I've never seen Fibre go 1-2Mbit below the estimated speed, if you are going below 10Mb it sounds liek you have something wrong with your line.

I'd stick to the 182 personally having been in both but it depends what you want. Imo the 197 is more refined, but you'll suffer MPG and potential gearbox issues, plus it's heavier.
