Please don’t look up Porsche window seals then. 😂
Porsche parts are funny things. Anything performance related is absolutely outrageous, I mean full on bonkers expensive. Most OEM parts are bloody steep and then you occasionally find something you expect to be expensive and it’s weirdly cheap...
Almost out of Clio jobs to do and am struggling to get paint for the bullets and ally engine parts.
Excitement during lockdown got the better of me to fitted these up to the Cayman today. RRS semi solid transmission mounts.
For obvious reasons I’ve only driven around the block to check for...
You may remember when I replaced the radiator I found the AC condenser to be rotted through at the bottom.
So I ordered a new one, which arrived today, unfortunately our friends at FedEx decided to damage for me by bending the top row of fins by bending the brackets.
The distributor was superb...
Firstly I’d do what Eddie suggested about a clean up, treat and paint. If you have to replace it and have a normal welder you can just plug weld it where the spot welds would be.

Project lockdown.

Instantly turned into a longer job than expected as both the rear arch liner fixings sheared clean off. Great!! #facepalm
So I decided to grind...
You won’t need to paint those grilles dude, just get some Carpro Perl on there with a 4:1 mix. Mine have never been painted and are 125k miles old now.
Also now you’ve done a lovely job on the headlight lenses, get some ceramic coat on there, as they will have a UV barrier and stop them from...
I had mine done and bought a brand new fuel door for the hinge. As like you found the hardware needs cutting off in most cases.
The rear needs underselling I think to properly protect it in future.
Another job I did was add some PPF where the rear bumper meets the rear arch as this gets grit...
