Renaultsport Clio 200 - Liquid yellow, speedlines, recaros, cup spoiler, KW V3s

All the best with the sale mate. As said many times, one of the nicest LY's i've seen.

    Mpg..

Other than making it sound like a fart in a can, I doubt a back box will do much.

    Mpg..

Terrible? That's not terrible for an old 1200 clio.

    Clio RS 200 - insurance thinks its a 197?!

Admiral thought my 200 was a 3L 5 door lol. You've got away lightly ;)

    Fiesta ST vs Focus RS

Is the ST Standard? Fair play if it is. I had a play with an ST (Mark 'may' remember me saying). There was bugger all in it, I got a better launch though. About two - three car lenghts between us.

    Clio 197 MPG

    Seems reasonable.

    Clio 197 MPG

Yeah fair enough mate, that happens to everyone. But on the whole, you let it run for a moment, which is what I was getting at :)

    Clio 197 MPG

Depends how much you like your car tbh. regards to people not having time, you could always go to your car in the morning 1 minute earlier? I get these excuses from people that are late all the time. Leave earlier lol, we aren't talking about ages, it's 1 minute ffs

All Racing Blue 182's on the Forum...

So many mega RB's in this thread. Highly considering one to replace the 200 (need something cheaper as getting another bike).

    Ultimate weight reduction

Can drill out various parts of the car whilest maintaining structural integrity.

    Clio 197 MPG

... lol you should always let an engine run for a moment before setting off. Gives the engine a chance to oil up.

i want my clio cup to pop now and again :(

Long & short of it is, the results of running this map over a period of time is likely to cause wear/damage items I'm sure we all agree.

    Clio 197 MPG

Mine never Kangaroo's. When you start it, let it run for a minute & it won't do it.

    Ford content.

Chap at my gym has a minter of these. Yours looks great mate, really like it.

i want my clio cup to pop now and again :(

Basically causing the engine to religiously overfuel.

i want my clio cup to pop now and again :(

Pops & bangs is w*nk IMO. Not convinced by the long term effects of running such a map either personally. Straight through system with de cat would sound like amplified thunder. Would be my choice.

    Couple of Recaro fitting questions...

Regarding the washers mate is this applicable to the recaros in the 200?

    Rambo the Video Game

    Worst graphics

    Panel filter

You won't notice anything from any of them to be honest mate.
  23. Advikaz

    Panel filter

Not sure mate, would depend on how much use/what roads etc IMO. I just stuck with a K&N and usual service intervals.
  24. Advikaz

    Panel filter

Just from personal experience, if you don't keep on top of the oiling of them, they let in dirt particles.
  25. Advikaz

    Panel filter

    Whatevers cheaper. Not foam IMO.

How to check your CVs and driveshafts?

Easiest thing would be to check the seals visually. Give the shaft a shake etc. Check the boots over.

    clio 200 service

Seems odd as when mine was done they did stamp it lol..

    Clio 197 MPG

Naturally will use more fuel upon start up when cold. But cold air is more efficient, so depending on the journeys you do, it would/should make little difference IMO.
