I had my 200 for around 9 months when my clutch & flywheel started playing up. The car drove fine but suffered from a squeaky clutch peddle. The technicians looked in to it & found the clutch & fly had issues (heat spots in 2 places & witness marks on 2 diaphragms). I asked to inspect them...
Flat spot isn't noticable if you drive properly IMO. I've got it out of mine & it sounds nice, not too ASBO as well which is good for the non 'Nike TN hat' wearing chaps among us.
I have not seen the coolant boiling in the expansion before!? It will get to a high temperature but the way I understand it the rad cap should prevent this happening by relieving the pressure accordingly?
