It depends on the operator. In theory it should be close but may not be. I usually find my dyno and other DD's that are used correctly come within a couple of hp on the same car, sometimes closer!
The figures could be out by 30hp, it all depends on what gear used, how out the details are and where the temp probe was inserted.
I really don't like the old dos system as this is an issue and many places use it to bend the readings.

Thats what the bbc say for today. The old DD dyno can be inaccurate if the user makes a mistake on the details.

A little fine tuning and a new filter and it's ready to go. Top line is all mapped with the not so new vpower(6 weeks) and it's making a very healthy 250hp 200lbft.
So keep your current omex on there then, easy :)
Our kit does not have to keep the stock ECU but there will be a "different" option to Omex which will open a few eyes :)
The ECU does NOT ever revert to stock unless flashed back with a programmer. There are other reasons why things can change and as with any development it can take time to get things perfect.
If you have no comms then i doubt it can just be re-flashed that easy. We can do this on the bench as can Henk from FC.

Same as anything and it depends how it's driven really. Our stock engine that we ran at silly boost is fully stripped and there was only a problem on the crappy cast on one piston's ring land. Pretty good for a 100k engine really. The mechanical side can be a minefield on these at times anyway...
