ABS only valver brakes (discs and pads) are no different to non ABS
iirc, fred mentioned something about the 1.2s being compatable with MK1 valver brake setups. Think you may need the whole setup tho as above

tbh, don't like any of the mods. At least it doesent have the standard exhuast which falls apart.
I had a mate with an SSQV, but we both agreed we didn't like the sound. Less like a forge ccchhhhhsssttt, the SSQV made a sound like cheeeee.

Anyways, they perform very well indeed.
If it's strength your worried about you could have an OEM box rebuilt and have the gears cryo treated - Although i've no experience of how sucessful this is.
You've clearly got serious issues on clyinder 3, so you have 2 options:
A) Remove the sump, remove the cyl 3 bearing cap, check everything and replace parts as necessary.
B) Buy a new engine.
Given that it seems to be only 1 cylinder, I'd probably end up going with A. But it could be...

The bonnet does close and clearance is just about ok. I may end up making some adjustments to the airvent looks. But thats more due to me not wanting rain water on the hot turbo turbine than clearance

22mm spanner to change - or grinder (to shorten it) and a socket if it's stubborn.
