    need to tighten them right up if they are tapered, why anyone uses a tapered thread on a calliper is a mystery though!!!!

    standard map is s**t on them, cold start can be dreadful on some.

    first time round standard engine, epas, ac delete, pms manifold back exhaust and it made 201bhp. then with cams, billet flywheel and 182 manifold it did around 208bhp.

    even with a box and the tail cut to more of an angle it's still not a good system, just can't get them sounding nice or reasonably quiet. i won't remind you about me saying the pms system would be ideal for what you want :tongueclosed:

    Chris at efi has mapped about 10 with the same inlet. Mine was the first one he did tjat made good power as well.

    you need the full column down to the uj for the rack.

    Looks like some of the slash might just come straight from the ecu. I'm goimg through s loom at the mo to try and do a guide to binning the much and how to build one up using as much of the existing loom as possible.

    Easy to do, not done a Clio though. No need for the stat as the flow of the pump takes care of ot. No more drag from the alternator though.

    Compressor and sand blaster

    Unless you get something that runs over 20cfm then not really worth it, you'll spend all the time waiting for the compressor to try and catch up. If you get a pressure pot blaster then they use less air but still demand loads.

    You would just need to get a blank made for the waterpump and his use a universal online pump. Easy enough to do.

    i've only ever had one that rattled that much but i set them by eye not in reverse, am sure that's got something to do with hoqw much they rattle?
