Yeah I figured it was something to do with that which is why I wondered if going past that point would make any difference when not using the limiter. To go past that point doesnt feel natural so I cant imagine Renault setting the throttle up so that you have to go past that point to get 100%.

Silly me, I have done 1100 miles in my car and only tonight did I discover that extra half inch of travel in the throttle if you push it down hard after that click. What I want to know (it was hard to tell) is does pushing the throttle past that point give you any extra performance or not?
