I've saw them both as my GT had the newer ones, I'm just curious if both sets of struts and top mounts fit, for example my car will have the old setup so I can't use new springs and dampers on my car, but can I use the new springs, dampers and top mounts on my car?
drove one on h&r springs wasn't a fan. Standard stuff is better Imo
do does it matter what top mounts I go for as long as it all matches? Is the shell/mounting the same?
yeah all 4 will be changed, I'm just curious about the front as I know the rears are a straight swap.
interestingly enough the 200 rears are now half the price of the 197 rears!
so the revised top mount, is this only an issue if I'm re using the old top mount, as I'm replacing both top mounts...
front dampers on my 197 are feeling past their best so looking to replace them. I notice the 197 Cup and 200 Cup ones are much the same price so was going to order a pair of 200 cup ones with 200 cup springs. Anyone know if they are a straight swap like 172 / 172 cup or are they different like...
ive got the full evolution system, as said above they don't sound all that in videos but in real life they sound fantastic, just what the car should have sounded like from the factory.
high up the revs they aint much louder than standard just a nice note, on part throttle they just have a nice...
200 EDC looks good in yellow, id have been tempted to stretch for a Trophy though for the better box and turbo!
£15k depreciation, that makes me feel sick!
my 197 r27 front grill has turned grey, looking for something long lasting to restore it back to black, been using AG trim detailer but it's ran out so looking to find out if there is anything else that's better
much better on the standard exhaust! car is looking good, need to get a few bits of paint tidyed up on mine!
problem with the standard exhaust is it rusts from the inside out! I done similar with a 172 system thinking it would last and it didn't :(
go to halfords and get yourself a pair of axel stands and a cheap trolley jack, jack it up at both sides to get the front off the deck, stick the axel stands under the long box sections running the length of the car, undo the cat from the exhaust and you should have enough movement to do a DIY...
have to agree with knuckles in videos they dont sound all that but in real life they are just perfect, especially once you "learn" it and know where the points in the rev range for bangs are!
not much changed with the car been working 7 days a week with a 50 mile round trip so its just been...
brilliant thats what i was looking for cheers, ive struggled to find a good keyboard in recent years and i suppose thats because i prefer the feel of mechanical ones! thats why ive never bothered changing from the Dell one that came with it!.
ill have a read up online and get one ordered :)
2 bolts at the manifold and a clamp at the other side of the cat, remove it, bash it out with the trolley jack handle and then back together lol mine used to pop like mad!
wouldn't be a problem i sit quite stright up
i see them referring to mechanical keys etc, these ok to type on? im still using the standard dell keyboard and like the look of the backlit ones
i keep seeing these backlit gaming keyboards, this might seem like a silly question but are these ok to use as a normal keyboard or do they have any downsides?
maby contact Paul and see if he will come to you if you hire out a local set of rollers, will cost you a flight and probably a fortune but It saves driving abz to Leeds and back!
