the worst mod imo is cheap coilovers, i think they are the new lexus lights tbh. unfortunately my 182 came with seized v maxx, seized silly low to make it worse. why any one would fit these coilovers is beyond me, they are supposed to be an upgrade but my 65hp DCI handles better than my 182...

I had this on my dci I bought the other week. Go on eBay and look for some flexible silicone hosing. It's about £6 for 500mm delivered. Pull all the old stuff off and fit the new flex pipe using 2 jubilee clips. Job done and all for under £10.

After exhaust, before remap. And yes, it's a very good mod IMO. Have a look in tdf's traders section, they do a throttle body kit supplied, fitted and mapped.

Why bother? My dci 65 has the airbox and some large ducting as standard. It gets plenty of cold air in. The only thing I would do to mod a 1.5 dci is a good map. That's it engine wise IMO

Until this thread I've never seen or heard of bad welding on scorpions. That's why I bought a scorpion in the first place purely for this reason (and the price )

i cant speak for other people but but my scorpion has been spot on, no cracked welds as of yet. i did blow once but that was down to me catching the centre pipe on a massive speed bump

if you bought the rs tuner new you get all the files you need included with the price.

depending on your amps / wire speed etc. i start welding and count to 3 then let off and watch the weld cool slightly, only a little though. then go back in and count to 3 again. its a basic method but if the machine is set up right this technique works a treat, its what i do when root welding.
