VALUES AND SETTINGS Timing belt tensioning procedure
Make a mark (C) using a pencil between the camshaft pulleys and the camshaft bearing cap casting(people use paint cause it shows up better)
section 7 page 14 of the Renault manual.
I changed the cambelt i cut the old belt in half along the length of it, then took the outer half off, so the cams didnt move at all. I then slid the new belt on, took off the other half and pushed the new one all the way on...
It negated the need for an expensive belt change... I saw it on tv...

Although if they find there is nothing wrong with them then you will be charged a labour fee for having it looked at.
I would put the ones you took off back on.
I have a 182 cup changed the original dampers for new 182 cup and they are softer than the originals possible factory error.
The toyosport manifold removes the precat built into the standard manifold. This acts as a obstruction and reduces exhaust noise throughout the rev range.
The cone filters are pointless, this would be the first thing I would remove.

When they come out the factory there are washer under the exhaust mounts in order to get the tail pipes sitting at the correct height, maybe they have been removed buy the previous owner.

Its a piper with a dads aka ant killer tail pipe welded on 2.5" or 2.25"

Had mine fitted this weekend, spot on. Sounds perfect, and I don't like loud exhausts. Sounds just right and isn't overly loud. Also my cat is still in place and it is a cat-back system, so am not sure if you have got confused with what system you had fitted. As for smelling like a Morris...
